This week we are challenging you to compose a song. Most of today’s songs are made up of three sections: Verses, a Chorus, and a Bridge. Think about the last song you have listened to… do you recognize these parts of a song? Now it is your turn code some sections into your song…and luckily in EarSketch we have just the tool – Custom Functions. This week you will code your own custom functions to create structure a song.
The remix must be a minimum of 30 seconds but less than 3 minutes
It must include at least one stem from Common or Ciara
Your song must include at least custom function
Your song should be organized into sections (labeled by comments)
You should use other functions such as fitMedia (), setEffect () or makeBeat or for-loops to compose your song.
